Hello! I'm Bec Joyno, a senior medical recruitment specialist with a decade of experience in sourcing talent for leading organisations in both the private and public sectors. My professional journey is deeply rooted in a lifelong passion for science and medicine, which I leverage to collaborate effectively with medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, surgical staff, and specialists.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong, where my studies focused on Psychology, Anatomy & Physiology, Biology and Biomedical Physics. Alongside my primary role, I am an LGBTQ+ mental health advocate and operate a secondary business dedicated to providing Queer self-care packages to the LGBTQ+ community across Australia. I am currently undertaking training to become a certified counsellor in order to better serve my clients across both businesses.

Over the last two years, my family has been deeply affected by childhood cancer. I have been a primary carer during this time and have been fully immersed within the medical and health care environment. I have a genuine and very personal appreciation for medical professionals and health care providers and it is my mission and my passion to bring the very best talent in Australia together with leading organisations in order to synergise people-driven results for patients, employees and organisations.
