Cancellation Policy
Video Call – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Last updated: 10 September 2025 Applies to: All SciHigh video meetings (discovery calls, prescreening, client briefings, candidate interviews, and fee‑based advisory/coaching). How to change your booking Use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email, or contact us via the Contact page with your name, booking email, and preferred times. Time zones & reminders Times show in your detected time zone; if unavailable they default to Sydney (AEST/AEDT). You’ll receive confirmation and a reminder. Rescheduling • 24+ hours’ notice: free. • Under 24 hours: – Recruitment calls (candidates/clients): no fee; frequent late changes may reduce booking priority. – Paid sessions: one short‑notice reschedule is free if requested before the start time; further short‑notice reschedules may incur 50% of the fee. Cancelling • 24+ hours’ notice: free. • Under 24 hours: – Recruitment calls: no fee; please rebook. – Paid sessions: 50% of the fee may be charged. No‑shows & lateness We hold the room for 10 minutes. If you haven’t joined or contacted us by then, it’s a no‑show. Late arrivals may shorten the session. Paid session no‑shows may be charged 100%. Technical issues If tech fails on either side, we’ll switch to phone or reschedule at no cost. Accessibility & cultural safety Tell us access needs in advance (e.g., captions, extra processing time, interpreter/support person, camera‑off, low‑bandwidth, other platform, discreet communications). We welcome requests related to women’s health, LGBTQ+ wellbeing, First Nations obligations, neurodiversity, disability access and safety. Recording & privacy We do not record without your explicit written consent. Information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and law. If recording is agreed, we’ll confirm purpose, storage, and access. Fair use To keep the diary equitable, repeated short‑notice changes/no‑shows may reduce future booking priority. Fees, refunds & agreements Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Credits are valid for 3 months. Compassionate waivers/credits may apply for emergencies, illness, caring duties, disability or access needs, cultural obligations, or safety concerns—share only what you’re comfortable with. Where a signed services agreement or MSA exists, those terms prevail. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Candidates are never charged for recruitment interviews.
